The Pelican is an easy to manage vacation cottage above Marigot Beach Club, overlooking one of the most beautiful bays in the Caribbean. The cottage is very much based on balcony living with outstanding views all day and incredible sunsets every evening . This cottage includes three bedrooms off the large balcony's area and two bathrooms . The kitchen and lounge are also off the balcony, but with the incredible views most of the time owners dine and relax on the balcony area. Access to The Pelican is via Marigot Beach Club, and although set on the hillside there is use of a funicular type outdoor lift to access the cottage . The Pelican cottage is presently rented as a vacation rental home in the owners absence and therefore gives an income as well as being a relaxing place to vacation.
